Spam Policy
Using unsolicited messages to promote a website, service or content hosted on Systron servers is prohibited. This includes messages sent through another provider that link to content hosted on our servers.
Systron Micronix is 100% against spam and everything that it represents. We uphold a ZERO TOLERANCE attitude towards spam and our services. This means that :
- We do not host spammers.
- We will terminate any account(s) associated with spam or a spammer. This includes services used as e-mail dropboxes, Web sites advertised in spam e-mails and/or any other services associated with the account(s), such as DNS and mail services.
- We take all reports sent to our abuse address seriously, be this via the Web form, or direct e-mail contact.
There is no room for compromise, no excuses of "we didn't know it was spamming" or "we're CAN-SPAM compliant" or similar are accepted.
We find that this hard stance on spam works best for our users and the Internet in general.
