This notice explains how Systron Micronix uses information collected through systron.net and its enquiry, ordering and career-application pages. We treat personal information confidentially and in accordance with applicable law.

Information you provide

We collect the information you provide when enquiring about services, placing an order, managing your account or submitting a career application. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, address, service requirements and message. Career applications may also include your CV and employment-related information.

We do not collect social security numbers, age or income information through these forms. We do not collect information through surveys or contests.

How we use information

We use enquiry and account details to respond to requests, provide and administer services, communicate about orders, billing and support, and send information about our own services. Application information is used to consider your application or interest in working with Systron. We use technical information, including IP addresses in server logs, to administer the website and investigate problems.

We do not store credit-card, debit-card or net-banking details. Payment details are handled by the payment aggregators used for the transaction.

Sharing and Google Analytics

We do not sell or rent customer, enquiry or applicant information, or provide it to other companies for their own marketing. Our website uses external services for functions such as analytics, visitor tracking, live chat, maps, verification and sign-in. When these services load or are used, their providers may receive technical information and, where applicable, information you submit through those services. We may disclose information when required by applicable law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, as permitted by applicable law.

Security

We use physical, electronic and managerial measures to protect information under our control against loss, misuse and unauthorized access or alteration.

Communication choices

To opt out of promotional communications from Systron, email unsubscribe@systron.net. Promotional opt-out is separate from service cancellation and does not stop communications needed to administer an active service or respond to your requests.

Your rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact details below.

If your personal data we have stored on our servers is out-of-date or inaccurate, we will correct it promptly upon your request. Additionally, you have the right to have incomplete data completed.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada, INDIA and the United States.
