We use cookies and browser storage to support website and account functions, measure website usage, provide live chat, and load embedded services. Different technologies may be used on our main website, WordPress blog, ordering portal, cloud portal and calculators.
The inventory below reflects browser checks conducted on 6–7 October 2026. Persistent-cookie durations are approximate time remaining when observed, not guaranteed retention periods. Cookies may be renewed on subsequent visits. Session cookies have no fixed expiry date; their persistence can depend on your browser and session-restoration settings.

Browser storage and embedded services
In addition to cookies, our pages and embedded services use local storage or session storage. The audit observed Zendesk chat entries (ZD-store, ZD-suid, ZD-buid and __zlcstore), entries associated with the ordering portal's integrations (siq_embed, fbapc_* and utsdb), Google reCAPTCHA storage (rc::a and rc::c), WordPress emoji-support session storage (wpEmojiSettingsSupports), and a site-script entry named SS_deltaBuffer. Browser storage does not necessarily have the same expiry mechanism as a cookie.
Pages may connect to external providers for analytics, chat, maps, verification, reviews, sharing, sign-in, fonts and script delivery. The audit recorded connections to Google services, Zendesk/Zopim, Zoho SalesIQ, Trustpilot, AddToAny and Facebook endpoints. These connections can disclose technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the provider. A connection does not necessarily result in a cookie being stored.
Analytics, chat and external services
We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Our pages also load Zendesk/Zopim chat and, on the ordering portal, Zoho SalesIQ, which includes visitor tracking and reporting. These services may process browser and device information and information supplied when you use their features. External payment providers and other websites reached through links operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. Their technologies can differ from those listed here.
Your browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking these technologies may affect sign-in, shopping-cart, chat or embedded features. Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. This controls supported Analytics collection; it does not block every Google service or all website cookies.
Scope and updates
This inventory covers the public pages and initial calculator views tested during the audit. It does not establish all technologies used after signing in, using remember-me options, completing calculator interactions, placing orders or visiting external payment services. Cookies and storage may also vary with your browser, location, settings and the services you use. We may update this policy when services or their use of cookies change. The update date above identifies this version.
