Everything You Need for DNS & Domain Diagnostics

Whether you're troubleshooting a mail delivery issue, verifying a domain transfer went through, or just confirming a DNS change has propagated, having the right lookup tools in one place saves time. This free toolkit covers DNS records, WHOIS ownership data, nameserver verification, and propagation checking across multiple resolvers — plus a quick path to register or transfer a domain with us directly.

How It Works

1. Pick a Tool

DNS records, WHOIS, nameservers, or propagation — choose the tab you need.

2. Enter a Domain

Type the domain name and run the check — no login required.

3. Review Results

See a clear, organized breakdown of what's currently published for that domain.

4. Register or Transfer

Like what you found (or found it's available)? Register or transfer it in one click.

Looks up A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, and SOA records directly from your browser via DNS-over-HTTPS. Your domain name is sent to the selected resolver to perform the lookup, but nothing is stored on our servers.
This performs a real WHOIS protocol lookup from our server (IANA referral, then the registry's WHOIS server) — not a client-side call, since browsers can't open raw WHOIS connections. The page reloads to show results. Many registrars redact contact details for privacy; registrar, dates, and nameservers are usually still shown.
Looks up the current NS records published in DNS for this domain, directly from your browser via DNS-over-HTTPS.
Queries five independent public DNS resolvers (Cloudflare, Google, Quad9, OpenDNS, AdGuard) at once and compares their answers. If they all agree, the record has fully propagated; mismatches usually mean propagation is still in progress or caching (TTL) hasn't expired everywhere yet.
Enter the domain you'd like to register or transfer to us.
Both links take you to our secure ordering system where you can confirm availability, see pricing, and complete checkout.
DNS Fundamentals

What Each Tool Tells You

DNS Records

See exactly what's published — A, MX, TXT, NS, and more — for any domain right now.

WHOIS

Find out who registered a domain, when it expires, and which registrar manages it.

Nameservers

Confirm which DNS provider is currently authoritative for a domain.

Propagation

Check whether a recent DNS change has reached resolvers around the world yet.

FAQsDNS & WHOIS Tools

Why does WHOIS show limited information for some domains?

Most registrars redact personal contact details by default under privacy regulations like GDPR. Registrar, registration dates, status, and nameservers are typically still visible.

How long does DNS propagation take?

It depends on the TTL (time to live) set on the record, but is typically anywhere from a few minutes up to 48 hours as caches expire across resolvers worldwide.

Is my domain data uploaded to your servers?

DNS Records, Nameserver, and Propagation checks run in your browser via public DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers. WHOIS lookups run on our server since browsers cannot make raw WHOIS connections, but results are not stored.

Can I register or transfer a domain I checked here?

Yes. The Register/Transfer tab, and the prompts shown after certain checks, link directly to our secure ordering system to complete either action.
